African Ice

"African ice?" you say? "Mmmmmmm!" I say.

This summer, our girl is working hard at a shave ice shack in Lehi. What makes this different from other shave ices? Well, for one thing, the juice is completely distributed throughout the ice, instead of pooling at the bottom of the cup.

More importantly, the mission of African Ice is to provide microloans for people in third-world countries. Isn't that cool?
